What types of content can I expect from influencers?
Influencers create high-quality user-generated content (UGC) based on the information and content guidelines received from brands, which always tailored to brand's needs . This includes product promotions, reviews, tutorials, and more, designed to engage their followers and promote your brand effectively.
What if I'm not satisfied with the influencer match?
TrendCollab offers a 100% no question asked refund policy. If unable to match you with suitable influencers requirements, you can request a full refund without any questions asked.
How to send product to the influencer?
if your campaign involves product-based promotions (e.g., unboxing, reviews, tutorials), you must ship your product to the influencer’s address. Once your campaign is confirmed and influencers are assigned, TrendCollab will share the verified shipping addresses of the selected influencers with you.
The business is responsible for covering the courier charges for sending the product to the influencer and, ifapplicable, for the product return.
businesses can request product returns. This must be clearly mentioned and agreed upon during campaign planning. The return courier cost must also be borne by the business.
What if the influencer doesn’t return the product?
If product return was agreed upon but the influencer fails to return it, TrendCollab will step into mediate and ensure compliance. However,it's strongly recommended to clearly outline the return expectation during the initial briefing.
